Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, including all tags and labels.

Certain products, such as personalized items, sale/clearance items, or hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. underwear, pacifiers, feeding accessories), are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.
2. Return Process

Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Please do not return items without prior authorization, as they may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7β10 business days.

Shipping fees (including original delivery costs) are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or card provider before reaching out to us.
4. Exchanges

If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover all return shipping costs and provide either a replacement or a full refund.
